What the available documents establish

The related official resolutions document Bihar’s AI Mission, institutional training, the AI Centre of Excellence Corporation, technology-company partnerships and research infrastructure. They provide background to the state’s AI programme. They do not establish the final incentive rates, eligibility conditions, application process or commencement date under AI Policy 2026.

The collection also includes the separate IT Policy 2024, its guidelines and Gazette copy, and GCC Policy 2026. Read each instrument within its own scope; their benefits should not be attributed to AI Policy 2026.

Status as at 1 November 2026: the full approved AI Policy 2026 has not been located in the official sources checked. Searches included the IT Department, Bihar Digital Repository and BIMCGL policy catalogue. The live eGazette search timed out, so this is not a claim that no notification exists anywhere.
