AKHB & Associates
Privacy policy
Clear information about using this website and handling the information you choose to share.
Review edition · 27 September 2026
This notice explains how AKHB & Associates handles information collected through this website and how to contact the firm about it.
Information you choose to provide
Engagement enquiries collect contact and organisation details, jurisdiction, industry, matter type, urgency, document readiness, your role, a summary and your acknowledgements. Careers expressions collect contact details, qualifications, availability and your note. Contact messages collect your name, email, enquiry route and message.
The forms save these details and a reference in the website’s database. The firm’s authorised owner can review the records, maintain review notes and record workflow status. This site does not currently accept document uploads; confidential files should follow the separately agreed client-workspace process.
Purpose and consent
We use submissions to assess and respond to the stated enquiry, consider engagement suitability and conflicts, review a career interest, address a privacy request, and keep a record of the review. The form asks for your consent before collection. An enquiry does not enrol you in a newsletter.
AKHB Intelligence choices
The preference centre stores your email-verified account identifier, verified email, selected topics, frequency, separate consent time and unsubscribe status. These choices are used only for the requested intelligence communications. You can change or withdraw them at the preference centre. Outbound newsletters and alerts are not active until the delivery service is connected and verified.
Preparation tools and AIN
NoticeScope, DraftDesk, Refund360 and Global Entry Navigator process entered facts in the browser. AIN is different: after explicit acknowledgement, its redacted matter context is sent through the site server to the OpenAI Responses API to generate supervised working material. AKHB requests non-storage of API responses, does not save the prompt or output in the site database, and retains only minimal usage metadata such as task, model, time and service reference. Do not enter personal, credential, account or client-confidential information in AIN.
AIN email sign-in
Microsoft Entra External ID verifies access to your existing email address with a one-time passcode. AKHB receives your account identifier, email address and display name to provide AIN access. Your customer sign-in session expires after at most one hour. Your contact number is not marked as verified by email sign-in. Customer accounts do not grant access to the firm administrator desk.
Access and service providers
The website uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and its database services. AIN and the firm desk require platform sign-in and use the site-specific user identifier to protect access and enforce usage limits; public pages remain viewable without sign-in. Client onboarding stores the name, authenticated account email, contact number, client category, organisation where supplied, city, country, consent version and verification status. OpenAI processes AIN input through the Responses API to return the requested output. Hosting, identity and AI providers may process technical access and security records under their own terms.
Authorised professional handling may require sharing information with personnel or advisers involved in the matter, subject to appropriate purpose and confidentiality. Do not assume that website hosting or processing is confined to India. Where location or transfer restrictions matter to a mandate, raise them before submitting sensitive information.
Retention and deletion
We assess retention according to the purpose, engagement status, applicable professional or legal duties and any dispute or preservation requirement. This review edition does not run automatic deletion. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion; we will assess the request, verify identity where necessary and explain any continuing retention requirement.
Your choices
Keep initial summaries proportionate and avoid passwords, Aadhaar, PAN, full banking information or unrelated third-party personal data. You can leave a form without submitting it. You can contact us directly if you do not wish to use the website form.
Privacy contact
Write to care@akhb.ai with the subject “Privacy request” and the relevant submission reference, or use the privacy enquiry route. Do not send identity documents until a suitable verification method has been agreed.
Updates
We will revise this notice when collection, processing, integrations or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. It is not a statement that every provision of every privacy law is currently applicable or satisfied.
